tar xvf Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.10_Linux_x86-64_install-deb_en-US.tar.gz
The en-US/DEBS folder is created after extraction, which you must change. Then you should run the installer for Apache OpenOffice on Ubuntu 20.04:
cd en-US/DEBS
sudo dpkg -i *.deb
